The Deadly Four - Mushrooms, Peanuts, Corn and Vinegar
Mushrooms are falsely believed to be a beneficial to our health. Nothing could be further from truth. There are thousands of mushroom species and only about 25-35 “edible” ones. Mushrooms are nothing but rottening fruit of fungus itself why would you eat it? Most mushrooms are poisonous to the point of instant death.
The fact is that all mushroom are poisonous, some are just less than others. The ones that humans consume are “killing us softly”. Most people who are allergic to yeast and fungus cannot tolerate the sign of mushrooms. But the truth is that we are all “allergic” to mushrooms. We just have different reactions to them. And also notice that mushrooms grow in a damp, moldy rottening environment. Defiantly not something I would want to put in my body, would you? I hope not.
Some people ask me if cooking mushrooms kills the fungi. Well, that is like saying that cooking a tomato gets rid of a tomato. No, mushroom is a fungi you cannot separate the two. Do not ever put mushrooms in your meals. It may save you years of your life.
Oh, here goes America’s most favorite snack. First, let me clear up some misconception here. Peanut is not a nut it’s a legume, a very moldy one too. Peanuts contain what is called aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a proven carcinogen that causes liver and other cancers. It is a mycotoxin and is produced by Aspergillus type molds. It has been discovered that the most moldiest of peanuts were contaminated with aflatoxin by as much as 300 times more than government standards allow. Not surprisingly the highest reading was in the peanut butter products.
You see, at the food factories peanuts are hand picked and the good looking ones go into your chocolate candies and oils, but the most moldiest ones are sent out to turn them into peanut butter. And who is the biggest peanut butter consumer in this country? That’s right - our children. Please do not allow yourself, your spouse, or your children to eat or even smell peanuts and especially peanut butter.
Of the 23 fungal toxins tested for carcinogenicity, 14 are positive (61%). The mutagenic mold toxin, aflatoxin, which is found in peanuts and corn, interacts with chronic hepatitis infection in human liver cancer development i.e., there is a synergistic effect in the human liver between aflatoxin and the hepatitis B, in the induction of liver cancer. Aflatoxin also induced liver tumors in cynomolgus and Rhesus monkeys. Biomarker measurements of aflatoxin in populations in Africa and China, which have high rates of hepatitis B and C and liver cancer confirm that those populations are chronically exposed to high levels of aflatoxin.
To begin with most corn nowadays is GMO’d (genetically modified organism/food). That type of corn does not occur in nature and should not be eaten. Corn is 75% carbohydrates, and is full of aflatoxin (carcinogen). I always see a significant amount of yeast and mold in clients who eat corn on a weekly basis. Please eat corn sparingly and only if you have to. Avoid corn products such as popcorn, corn syrup, corn oil and corn meal.
As I have mentioned before vinegar is a fermented, alcohol by- product that is very acidic and should never be put inside your body, it is simply not a food or medicine. This includes all types of vinegar: regular, apple, wine, cider or balsamic. Use lemon or lime for substitution. You could also try something at home, get out a bottle of vinegar, open it up and smell it, see if it doesn’t burn your nose membranes. It will. Because it is poison, and the gas it emits is a carcinogenic, in my opinion, toxic substance.
Vegetables is the most alkaline food group on this planet and there is so much variety to choose from it can get overwhelming but grocery stores only sell 20-40 types of vegetable out of over 2,000 available. You can never get bored with vegetables if you know how to prepare them. Vegetables are the most nutrient rich food with little or no sugar. It is the most important and the most abundant food we can eat. Vegetables are high in water and alkaline minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, phytochemicals and fiber. I challenge you to find a better food group than vegetables.
Green vegetables are high in chlorophyll, that’s what makes vegetables look green, it is the blood of the vegetable, and is very similar to our own blood. The only difference between chlorophyll and hemoglobin is the center atom, chlorophyll – magnesium, hemoglobin – iron. Chlorophyll is proved to be healing to the body and is a great nourishment to our own blood too. It is better to eat vegetables in their natural, organic, raw, not processed form.
